Kim Henry spent twenty-six years in Corporate America prior to becoming a commercial real estate advisor in 2016. She began her career in banking, where she was involved in mergers & acquisitions during the time of the Savings & Loan Crisis. Later in her career she branched into labor relations, where she was part of her company’s labor negotiating team for various unions in the southwest US. During this period, she also worked in strengthening employee relations with management and traveled to company locations when labor issues threatened to close down company operations.
Her skills range from financial analyst—to data research--to project management--to labor relations/negotiations. In addition to her current commercial real estate career, she is very active in volunteering and supporting community events. Kim is active in various ministries in her church and has sat on Boards for various businesses and community groups.
Kim graduated from Regis University with a master’s degree in Finance and from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science (double major) in Accounting / General Management. Kim's specialty is multifamily properties. She works with her clients to analyze their business plans, managing properties for landlords, moving clients to new and additional locations, and successfully negotiating sales agreements and/or leases. Kim is also an active real estate investor, investing in multifamily properties, as well as investing in land.
